About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Construction Industry Coordinator in our Leeds office. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the team by ensuring all trackers within your remit are up-to-date, with actions followed through promptly.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Excel, excellent organizational skills, and IT literacy. You will be able to multitask, prioritize, and use your own initiative effectively, while providing cover and support to the general admin team during times of spare capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly
  • Input and manage the production of PO's and receipting of work completed via our client's software system
  • Handle general administration tasks for the team, contributing to smooth daily operations
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the company, showcasing your excellent interpersonal skills
