Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Estate Agent to join our team at Connells Group. As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve ambitious targets and improve performance.
  • Identify new leads and generate new business to improve sales performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to maximize income and profit from a range of products and services.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the estate agency business, including managing budgets and resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in estate agency sales or listing property.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
