About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Relief Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our service, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the service, including laundry duties.
  • Support other areas of the service as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep and smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a pleasant and homely atmosphere, ensuring our residents feel comfortable and well cared for.
  • Participate in comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to your career growth and success with CrossReach.
Requirements
  • A respect for all aspects of Christian worship and a commitment to upholding the values of CrossReach.
  • Ability to become a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undergo necessary vetting checks.
