Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced NDT Engineer to join our team at Verum Recruitment Ltd. This role involves developing and overseeing NDT procedures, conducting inspections, and providing technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee NDT procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Conduct and interpret inspections to identify defects and anomalies
- Provide technical guidance and training to NDT personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as an NDT technician with a strong background in penetrant and magnetic particle testing
- NDT level 2/3 certification in accordance with NAS 410 or EN4179 standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NDT principles and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and technical skills. Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
