Responsibilities

* Assist the Head Chef in ensuring the highest standard of cooking and service in all areas
* Prepare and cook food to spec, adhering to all menus and portion control
* Record wastage and maintain accurate inventory
* Take deliveries and store food items
* Complete temperature checks
