We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Drama Teacher to join our vibrant and creative team at a Good School in Islington.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves teaching KS3 & KS4 students, guiding them to explore and express themselves through the performing arts.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic department with resources that bring lessons to life, offering an exceptional environment for creativity and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Taught drama lessons to students aged 11-16, promoting confidence and self-expression through performance
- Developed engaging lesson plans that catered to diverse learning styles and needs
- Collaborated with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum-aligned drama programs
- Degree in Drama or Education with a focus on drama teaching
- QTS (Qualification for Teaching Status) and/or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working with children aged 11-16, preferably in a UK school setting
- Possession of a valid DBS check
