Cleaning Operations Manager
First Call Contract Services is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the cleaning and maintenance services at our site in Stockport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance teams
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met
- Monitor and report on service delivery and quality
- Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with the Soft Services Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a cleaning or maintenance role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in working hours
Working Hours:
- 4 days out of 7
- Reporting to the Soft Services Manager
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
