Projects / Contracts Manager

**Job Summary**

Rogers McHugh Recruitment is seeking a skilled Projects / Contracts Manager to join a dynamic North West based fit out contractor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering fast track retail fit outs and extensive experience in fit out management.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
* Coordinate and oversee the fit out process, from planning to completion
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Collaborate with the commercial team to negotiate contracts and agreements

**Requirements**

* Proven track record of delivering fast track retail fit outs
* Extensive experience in fit out management, with a focus on commercial awareness
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines
* Commercial awareness and ability to negotiate contracts and agreements
