Automotive Sales Specialist

This role is for an ambitious sales professional who can build strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and deliver exceptional sales experiences. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital part in driving our business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
- Deliver a no-pressure sales approach to ensure customers feel valued and supported.
- Complete face-to-face quotes and recommendations for vehicles that meet customers' requirements.
- Upsell relevant products and finance options to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve monthly sales targets and break records.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless customer transactions and manage expectations when necessary.
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales positions is desirable.
- Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and work towards targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.

- An estimated salary range of £25,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
