About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flooring Craftsmen to join our team at Floor Coverings International, Ltd. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing flooring in residential homes, working closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality company standards.

The successful candidate will possess 5 years of experience in flooring installation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Additionally, you must be able to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly and pass a background check.

Responsibilities:
  1. Install flooring in residential homes, following company procedures and guidelines.
  2. Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are clean and secure.
  4. Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.


Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in flooring installation.
  • Valid driver's license and functioning vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
