About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.


Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assisting clients with their medication and supporting them with their daily routines
  • Helping with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Supporting clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • Compassionate and caring with a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
