We are seeking a Trainee Assembly to join our dynamic team at Rubicon Recruitment Agency. As a Trainee Assembly, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, working closely with experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building products to a high quality and consistent standard using hand and power tools
  • Assisting with other areas of production (inspecting, testing, finishing, installing)
  • Preparing and issuing materials to production using the warehouse management system
  • Operating machinery and equipment under the guidance of experienced operators
  • Conducting quality checks on finished products, maintaining a clean and organized work area
