Job Title: HGV Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HGV lecturer to join our team at SMB College Group. As an HGV lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to our apprentices, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for HGV apprentices
  • Assess and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into your teaching
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training or equivalent
  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications (e.g., HGV license, NVQ Level 3)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced learning environment
