About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join our Social Housing Development team. As an Associate, you will work on complex and challenging development and regeneration projects, collaborating with national, regional, and local housebuilders, local authorities, and registered providers.

Our team is passionate about delivering innovative and exciting projects that make a positive social impact. We value our clients and strive to exceed their expectations. If you are a motivated and experienced Real Estate Solicitor looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting for registered providers and national, regional, and local housebuilders on complex development and regeneration projects
  • Collaborating with our team to deliver innovative and exciting projects that make a positive social impact
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing expert advice on real estate and development matters
  • Supervising and developing junior team members
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of PQE development experience, with a strong background in real estate and development law
  • Experience acting for registered providers is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • The ability to successfully collaborate and develop junior team members
