Job Title: IT Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team at Field Solutions Group. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our clients' IT infrastructure, including printers and copiers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for printers and copiers, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including networks and hardware.
• Support customers and other engineers throughout the region.
• Deal with call outs for fault finding and repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Essential Experience:

• It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices.
• Excellent IT / Networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels.
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure.

Desirable Experience:

• Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; HP Printers, Photocopiers, Laptops, Desktops or PC's.
