About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Recruitment Advisor to join our People Team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from application to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Drive attention to detail and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the coordination of interviews, follow-up with candidates, and schedule with restaurant managers and operations teams.
- Proactively use our ATS to advertise, refresh, and manage recruitment spend.
- Respond to applications and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Creation of job adverts and campaigns on social media, job boards, and local marketing.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers in ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- 12 months experience in a fast-paced recruitment role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing and the use of social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Highly organized and able to work proactively and reactively if priorities change.
- Experienced in conducting video and face-to-face interviews, as well as organizing open-day events.
- Commercial awareness and lateral thinking.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and empathy.
