The Opportunity Hub UK is a dynamic organization dedicated to closing the inequality gap in education. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our small, fast-paced team based in Hertfordshire.

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating proposals for new accounts and working with Bid Writers to bring in new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders associated with our accounts, including tutors, schools, and parents.

You will need to manage all enquiries for specific accounts, attend and lead meetings with account contacts, ensure termly KPI's are met and exceeded where possible, manage costings and funding for each account, evaluate, analyze, and monitor progress of each account and tutor, recruit and onboard tutors, conduct assessments, provide support for tutors, and process tutor documentation for each contract.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills, who can engage and work collaboratively with our team. A strong business acumen, analytical, and statistical skills are essential, as well as excellent business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality content. The ability to manage multiple tasks, understand curriculum and education, including special educational needs, and have 2+ years' experience of account/relationship management are also required.

This role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, the opportunity to work with a team that has a strong passion for education, and a chance to make a real difference by contributing to closing the inequality gap in education.
