We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team.
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing insurance brokerage services to clients, managing accounts, underwriting, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Key requirements include:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of working as a Commercial Account Handler and adherence to industry regulations.
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and experience in client account management.
- Experience in underwriting and analyzing client insurance policy requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in insurance and risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in local languages being an added advantage.
- Education to degree level in a related field or relevant work experience.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:
- Good salary
- 25 Days annual leave P/A
- Pension contribution
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
