The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and help us accelerate our growth through social media strategy and execution. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our brand's online presence, creating engaging content, and nurturing our community of cat lovers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive results.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to develop and implement a content strategy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
