Leading Defence Infrastructure Projects Manager

AtkinsRéalis is the centre of excellence for infrastructure project delivery in the UK. We are seeking a senior defence project manager to join our Epsom practice and take on key responsibilities for delivering projects from inception to completion.
This role combines agile working with time spent at client offices and sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering schemes to budget and programme through RIBA Stages 0-7, as well as being the main point of contact with clients on these projects.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, preferably from within a consultancy environment. They will work closely with the PDP team to deliver projects to agreed targets and identify opportunities for growth.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per year, plus benefits and flexible working arrangements. Our team is committed to developing its people both personally and professionally, with access to a range of training activities and development programmes.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading project teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying and managing commercial risks. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and contribute to the development of the company's project management expertise.
