About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Enfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately assessing and estimating the damage on vehicles, ensuring that all repairs are completed to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., Audatex).
  • Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure clear communication and efficient processing of claims.
  • Ensure all estimates comply with manufacturer and insurance guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and ensure quality control.
  • Maintain accurate records of all assessments and repairs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in the automotive repair industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and damage assessment.
  • Proficiency in using estimating software (e.g., Audatex).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in vehicle damage assessment or equivalent.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses and benefits, including 29 days holiday, pension contributions, referral bonus scheme, enhanced parental leave, and more.
