Our team is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our RevTech team, with the option to work remotely or be based in our London office. As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will play an important role on some of our key accounts, providing high-quality consultancy and delivery that allow our clients to meet and exceed their objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with marketing operations partners within the client's organisation to understand their goals, challenges, and processes.
- Collaborating with sales partners to ensure that the processes that overlap marketing technology platforms and CRM are consistent and coordinated.
- Providing support for our Marketo clients, ensuring that all projects and requests are delivered utilising best practices.
- Managing projects from beginning to final completion, working with RevTech team members and wider Agent3 specialist teams.
- Contributing to the upskilling of the RevTech team through sharing best practice knowledge and running training sessions.
- Helping to shape the team's RevTech offering.
- Identifying opportunities on accounts for us to increase the value that we can offer our clients.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years hands-on experience using Marketo.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
- Experience working within an integrated martech stack, with a strong understanding of the key platforms at play.
- A deep understanding of the role marketing operations plays within organisations, as well as how the relationship with sales can be used to ensure that the technology and processes put in place, underpin a successful end-to-end approach.
- Experience managing and delivering projects, outlining clear targets, requirements, and timescales.
- Experience building and maintaining partner relationships.
- Experience managing your own workload and bringing in support from other team members where appropriate.
