About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Paediatrician to lead our multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional care to babies, children and young people in South West Essex.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Work closely with the team to provide medical support and guidance, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
  • Liaise effectively with families, external health providers, and acute hospitals to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
  • Participate in our Child Protection rota, working collaboratively with colleagues to safeguard vulnerable children.
  • Support and mentor peers and the team leader, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with health and social professionals, as well as agencies, to deliver holistic care that addresses the complex needs of our patients.
  • Contribute to research and development initiatives within our award-winning community and mental health Trust, driving innovation and excellence in paediatric care.

Estimate Salary Range:



£81,500 - £103,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
