About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Neuropsychologist, you will be responsible for providing neuropsychological assessment and brief interventions with people with congenital/developmental, acquired, progressive and degenerative conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide neuropsychological assessment and brief interventions with patients across the full range of care settings, including outpatient, community, primary care and inpatient settings.
  • Support the delivery of new service pathways within priority areas in neurology, such as headache and epilepsy.
  • Deliver teaching and training sessions to colleagues and support the development of clinical research in the department.

Requirements

  • Post-graduate doctoral training in clinical psychology (or equivalent), leading to eligibility for Chartered Status with the British Psychological Society.
  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Enrolled, or willing to work towards, post-doctoral training in Clinical Neuropsychology.
  • Experience of clinical practice within a neurological service setting at a pre or post-qualification level.
