About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ESG Client Success Specialist to join our team at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services. As a key member of our ESG Client Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the successful implementation of our Governance Data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing expert guidance on our Governance Data products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Research, and Product, to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise on ESG and governance data, ensuring clients have the insights they need to make informed investment decisions.
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of client projects.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, working closely with the Sales team to identify and pursue new leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or environmental science.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial services or investment industry.
- Proven track record of success in client service and sales, with a strong understanding of client needs and commercial orientation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aptitude for cross-discipline problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Interest in developing technical skills to work with data and analytics.
- Ability to develop an internal network of cross-discipline experts and resources.
- Interest in financial markets and staying up-to-date on industry news and trends.
