  • **Location:** Reading, RG30 (SEN provision)

**Job Summary:** The Student Behaviour Mentor position involves working with students aged 4-16 years old, building trust and rapport, and promoting positive relationships. You will track progress, implement education plans, and practice effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and emotional regulation.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. If you have experience supporting children on a personal or professional level, we encourage you to apply. Relevant education or previous experience is also welcome.
