We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineers to join our team in the North UK region, covering areas from South Yorkshire to Scotland. Key Details:

  • Salary: £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Benefits: Door-to-Door and Overtime (x1.5 after 40 hours), Car or Van, Pension, Healthcare, and Life Insurance
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: North UK (South Yorkshire to Scotland)

About the Role:

This is a field-based role that requires strong mechanical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to clients across the North UK region, ensuring their machines operate efficiently and effectively. Your Responsibilities:

  • Travel extensively throughout the North UK region, visiting clients' premises to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations
  • Utilize your mechanical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues, collaborating with clients to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical background, preferably with experience in machine tool repair and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the North UK region
