We are seeking an experienced and energetic Chef de Partie to join our successful kitchen team at the Maldron Hotel Liverpool City. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in producing exceptional dishes for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
- Monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
- Follow HACCP regulations at all times.
- Support fellow kitchen staff in observing hygiene during food preparation and storage.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working within hotels or a similar role.
- Passion for food and genuine interest.
- Mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
- Team player with ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
