Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Nuffield Health's Ilford gym. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our rehabilitation programs and supporting our patients in achieving their health and wellbeing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver 12-week rehabilitation programs, incorporating exercise, emotional wellbeing support, healthy eating, and goal setting.
  • Facilitate group exercise classes, both live and virtual, catering to individuals with varying abilities and physical functions.
  • Provide one-to-one coaching sessions, empowering participants to self-manage their conditions and set achievable goals.
  • Monitor participant progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments to exercise programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with our charity team and beneficiaries to ensure seamless delivery of our rehabilitation programs.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to work with digital platforms.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work flexibly, managing multiple program groups and referrals.
