About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Analyst to join our Global Reward team. Reporting to the Head of Global Reward, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global delivery of Compensation and benefits for our international technology company.

The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in Global Reward, with excellent data modelling and analytical skills. You will oversee and support areas of Reward, Pay, and HR Data systems, including reward initiatives in pay gap reporting, annual salary reviews, bonus and recognition schemes, and data analytics.

As a Senior Analyst, you will prepare analysis and presentations to stakeholders and leadership to support decision-making. You will work closely with the Global Reward team to achieve successful implementation of pay and reward interventions through analytics and data-based recommendations.
