We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Despatch Admin Assistant to join our team at Hillarys in Nottingham. As a key member of our Despatch team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of our distribution process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
  • Process and verify orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Despatch team members, Operations Managers, and other departments.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Collaborate with the Despatch team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a similar environment, preferably in a Despatch or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
