We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Despatch Admin Assistant to join our team at Hillarys in Nottingham. As a key member of our Despatch team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of our distribution process.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Process and verify orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Despatch team members, Operations Managers, and other departments.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Collaborate with the Despatch team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a similar environment, preferably in a Despatch or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
