Job Title: Project Leader - Submarine Support

Location: Barrow in Furness

Salary: Starting from £45,628 - depending on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of Information Management Systems supporting the Dreadnought programme
  • Information Knowledge Management Programme delivery, supporting the delivery of the roadmap to ensure delivery of the programme's capability improvement
  • Management of IT projects, Service Portal requests and Incidents/Issues
  • IT development and Continuous Improvement
  • Supporting collaborative Enterprise Architecture planning and the establishment of common data models to enable effective information sharing
  • Report into business meetings, Risk Reviews, LfE reviews, Data Management Council and DNDigital Workstreams
Requirements:
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ, Prince2, etc)
  • Proven experience in Project Management in either Information Technology, Technical Architecture, Data Management or Digital Backbone/Digital Thread
  • Experience working in a highly governed or multi-disciplined environment
  • Ability to apply analysis and problem-solving techniques to reach fast and effective solutions
  • Previous leadership experience
