Join our team at DoughBox London as a skilled Pizza Chef and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas that meet our strict quality standards while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all food handling and preparation meets stringent safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to plan menus that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, and placing orders as necessary.
  • Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.

We offer a competitive salary of £40 per hour, with expected hours ranging from 24 to 40 per week. The successful candidate will be required to work an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekend shifts as needed.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
  • Experience in the food industry, particularly within restaurant settings.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and management.
  • A creative flair for developing new dishes while maintaining consistency in quality.
