Key Responsibilities- Generate and Issue Invoices: Create and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date in the accounting system.
- Set Up New Customer Accounts: Establish new customer accounts in the accounting system, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.
- Match Payments and Invoices: Verify that payments received match the corresponding invoices, and investigate any discrepancies.
