Night Auditor

As a Night Porter at The Harlow Hotel by Accor, you will be the face of our hotel, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night and putting their wellbeing at the heart of everything you do.

Assisting in the general running of the hotel at night, you will support other departments to set up for the next day, ensuring a seamless transition.

You will be an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of our hotel's services.

Undertaking night audits and hotel safety checks, you will ensure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.

Confident in all aspects of guest relations, you will receive and recognise all guests, including those who require special attention.

We offer comprehensive training in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.

Our hotel features 119 rooms, with a contemporary look and feel, and is located just 3 miles from the town centre, making it an excellent base for exploring the local area.
