Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with eye-related emergencies, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in the Ophthalmology A&E setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license and current registration.
  • Experience working in an Ophthalmology A&E setting or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of eye care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
