Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Obtain, check, and update order confirmations with 100% accuracy, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Supplier Management: Introduce new suppliers, set up their accounts correctly, and maintain a strong network of reliable partners.
  • Purchase Orders: Manage and maintain accurate purchase orders within the Fulcrum system, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Record Keeping: Keep payment terms and shipping details up to date, ensuring accurate and compliant records.
  • Re-orders: Raise re-orders as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient restocking process.
  • Site Checks: Perform site checks and manage product merges, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Pre-upload Checks: Resolve issues before go-live, ensuring a seamless and error-free upload process.
  • Pricing: Collect, check, and upload RRPs each season, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing information.
  • Vendor Packs: Prepare vendor packs for buying trips, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Query Resolution: Serve as a single point of contact for various departments, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support as requested, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous commercial experience in fashion retail buying or merchandising is essential.
  • Skills: Advanced MS Office skills, strong attention to detail, and organisational skills are required.
  • Attributes: Commercial awareness, strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
