Job Description

Salary

We offer a competitive base salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves sourcing, pricing, and structuring investment opportunities across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business to achieve this goal.

  • Reviewing due diligence documentation to understand the risks associated with transactions.
  • Participating in PIC's credit and investment committees to challenge and debate existing and potential future assets.
  • Developing technical and non-technical skills in private debt origination.
  • Staying informed of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • CFA or similar professional qualification.
  • Front office experience working in an insurer, asset manager, pension fund, bank, law firm, or advisory firm on structured finance products.
  • Experience in reviewing loan/bond documentation for structured finance assets.
