About the Role

We Are With You is recruiting for a Data Officer to join our team in Liverpool. As a Data Officer, you will be responsible for collating information, producing service area reports, and developing and maintaining the Data Management system.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collate information and produce service area reports
  • Develop and maintain the Data Management system
  • Ensure the integrity of data and enable monitoring of data
  • Gather and report on activity data and information from relevant services
  • Develop and maintain the Data Management system for your area
  • Skilfully devise and develop a training programme for other staff around compliance with internal data collection systems

Person Specification

Essential

  • Maths & English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent qualification
  • A successful track record of delivering data-based training to groups & individuals
  • Knowledge/understanding of collating data and managing database packages
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment
  • High degree of analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Organised; excellent planning and time management skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and digital media
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
