Job Description

\

We are seeking a talented Graduate Product Support Manager to join our team in Harlow, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert product support to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries.

\

The role involves working closely with our sales team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve customer issues, improving overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

\

Key responsibilities include:

\
  • \
  • Providing first-level technical support for all products\
  • Negotiating Frame agreements & Package deals together with the PAM\
  • Supporting the Sales team on big contract negotiations\
  • Working on daily Quote Line Requests and notifications\
  • Managing supplier price changes\
  • Ensuring seamless communication between departments\
\

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

\
  • \
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business administration/marketing related studies\
  • Business fluency in English (oral & written)\
  • Sound knowledge of business administration practices\
  • Excellent communication skills\
  • Highly organized and proactive approach to work\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\
