Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Hot Tub Maintenance Specialist to join our team at The Mole Resort. As a Hot Tub Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hot tub service to our guests by maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Prep, test, and present hot tubs to guests in a timely fashion
  • Follow directions from the Facilities Manager regarding workload and priorities
  • Safely use chemicals and equipment in line with current regulations
  • Prepare tubs for arrivals, ensuring the best guest experience
  • Adhere to operating procedures and working risk assessments to facilitate an efficient service
  • Highlight any stock requirements and report major maintenance issues to the maintenance manager
  • Deal with guests in a professional, friendly manner, anticipating their needs, and providing a maintenance service to exceed their expectations
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations, manual handling, and COSHH requirements are adhered to
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, promoting the resort's facilities whenever possible
  • Keep a tidy and safe work environment
  • Comply with brand operating standards, attend and complete any required training, and act on any reasonable request made by the management team

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Possess knowledge/experience on the requirements for looking after a Hot Tub
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work on your own or in a team
