Job Summary
Clyde & Co is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fraud Associate to join our team in Birmingham. As a Fraud Associate, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving motor fraud claims, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve motor fraud claims, including reviewing and interpreting medical records and medical reports.
- Identify information requirements and secure required documentation/evidence from claimant representatives.
- Adhere to reporting and reserving requirements in relation to different client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage files, including initial reports, updating reports, and correspondence.
- Attend and appear at court and pre-trial meetings, and adhere to court timetables.
- Support the Partners in servicing existing clients, growing new business, and maintaining relationships with clients using technical excellence and innovation.
- Draft all legal documents and client advice.
- Deal with interlocutory proceedings, Case Management Conferences (CMCs), and client meetings.
- Support marketing and business development activity with the team and the wider Clyde & Co casualty group.
Essential Skills & Experience
- You will be a highly determined individual able to adapt well within a demanding, fast-paced team.
- You will have previous experience in a Fraud environment dealing with motor claims.
- You will enjoy being challenged by complex legal issues and expanding your knowledge.
- You will be focused on delivering a highly professional service to clients, including compliance with client SLAs and Management Information (MI) requirements.
