Job Overview
As a Digital Media Preservation Specialist at the Digital Preservation Coalition, you will play a vital role in leading the development of time-based media conservation specialisms within the team. Key Responsibilities
• Lead the strategic planning and leadership of the Time-Based Media Conservation team
• Co-ordinate the delivery of public programmes and operational planning, management, and development of the team
• Develop and implement effective strategies for preserving time-based media collections

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have a museum or gallery background with a professional qualification in Conservation and experience within your specialism. As an experienced manager, you will have a track record in leading and developing teams, establishing a collaborative and high-performing culture. Your excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills will enable you to manage people, resources, and budgets effectively.
