Jupiter Recruitment's care home in Newtown, Wales, is seeking a skilled Deputy Care Home Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.

Job Description

In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the support and nursing teams to deliver person-centred care, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the care home.

You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and develop care plans that meet those needs.

A strong understanding of CIW/CQC standards and the Health and Social Care Act 2008 is essential for this position.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care: A requirement for this role, demonstrating your knowledge and skills in providing high-quality care and support.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Proven ability to lead and supervise a team, ensuring they provide high-quality care and support.
  • Person-Centred Care: Strong understanding of person-centred care principles and their application in practice.
