About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Recruitment Partner to join our team at FNZ. As a key member of our UKMEA Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our employment brand, talent pipeline, and enhancing our direct recruitment model into a business-aligned, value adding function.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Process Management
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle within our UK region
  1. Employment Brand Development
  • Build an effective local employment brand within the UK market
  1. Brand Promotion
  • Promote the FNZ brand when required
  1. Talent Sourcing
  • Direct sourcing and headhunting of best in class talent adhering to FNZ standards
  1. Relationship Management
  • Relationship manager between key local stakeholders and Talent acquisition
  1. Candidate Screening
  • Screening and assessing candidates to ensure they meet business requirements
  1. Sourcing Strategies
  • Undertaking direct sourcing strategies to ensure consistent results and high quality hires at the lowest possible cost
  1. Market Insights
  • Providing guidance to the business on recruitment market conditions, competitor hiring and compensation information
  1. Candidate Pipeline
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to support continuous recruitment
  1. Reporting and Analysis
  • Tracking and reporting recruiting statistics and maintaining our in-house recruiting system with a high level of integrity and accuracy
  1. Global Initiatives
  • Participating in global talent acquisition and HR initiatives and promoting leading practices
  1. Support to Other Locations
  • Potentially assist other FNZ Locations with recruiting activities where required
  1. KPI Management
  • Produce KPIs and measures to track levels of recruitment, cost of hire, time to fill and source of hire
Requirements
  1. Language Skills
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  1. Recruitment Experience
  • Significant experience working as a Recruitment Partner preferably within an in-house recruitment model
  1. Sourcing Experience
  • Experience sourcing and hiring candidates across UK preferable
  1. Industry Experience
  • Experience recruiting within the Financial Services sector preferred
  1. Teamwork and Communication
  • Ability to work effectively as a team to drive an excellent resourcing service to the business
  1. Organisation and Proactivity
  • Organised and proactive, with the drive to deliver results and manage self effectively
  1. Communication Skills
  • Has a high impact as a communicator - verbally, written and in meetings
