Job Summary

The Mobile Fabric Engineer will be responsible for undertaking building fabric and plumbing maintenance works, including PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs, covering building fabric, minor plumbing repairs, and supporting with basic electrical and HVAC services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake building fabric and plumbing maintenance works, including PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs
  • Cover building fabric, minor plumbing repairs, and supporting with basic electrical and HVAC services
  • Work across multiple sites across Central/Greater London

Requirements

  • A proven track record in general maintenance and basic plumbing & carpentry experience
  • An understanding of most fabric trades
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • UK – Driver's License (no more than 6 points)
  • Experience of using a handheld device (PDA)
