About the Role- Provide high-quality prescribing services to clients with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with relevant experience
- Non-Medical Prescriber qualification
- Demonstrable experience or interest in substance misuse
- Titration experience highly desired
- Generous salary package up to £52,000 per annum
