Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Relief Chef to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to our children, ensuring that our high standards of food hygiene and safety are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality, nutritious meals and snacks for our children, in line with our food hygiene and safety policies.
- Follow safe working practices for children and staff, and comply with our food hygiene and safety policies.
- Comply with the company's procedures relating to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).
- Work collaboratively with our nursery staff to ensure that our children receive the best possible care and education.
About the Role
This is a flexible, zero-hours contract position, requiring you to work on an ad-hoc basis to cover absences and provide cover for our regular chefs. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving meals to our children, and ensuring that our high standards of food hygiene and safety are met.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and have experience of working in a kitchen environment. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be able to travel to our nurseries located in various locations across London.
