Job Overview: As a Software Solutions Developer at our client company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing software applications using Java and Agile methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards, and work with QA engineers to identify and resolve defects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Software Applications: Utilize Java and Agile methodologies to design, develop, and deploy software applications that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards, and collaborate with QA engineers to identify and resolve defects, improving overall system reliability and performance.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and knowledge bases, ensuring easy access to critical information for team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control systems, enabling efficient collaboration and workflow management.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, allowing effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction of customer needs.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, providing a solid foundation for software development and programming principles.
