About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers and interface between Inspection services, laboratory services, and the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, meeting pre-agreed service level requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff and inspectors to ensure seamless communication and efficient sample collection and delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain customer agreements, quotations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers regarding sample requirements, collections, deliveries, and turnaround times.
  • Follow up on progress and report results at regular intervals to customers.
  • Authorise and issue customer reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Liaise with internal offices and third-party laboratories for subcontracted work, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure all job files contain necessary information and are up-to-date.
